What method of shipping do you use?
Online orders
are automatically charged with UPS Ground shipping rates. This cost
covers any local area delivery charges.
Additional UPS shipping services (Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air
& Next Day Air) available for Nationwide U.S.A. delivery.
Only Air services are available to Alaska & Hawaii.

What guarantee on the merchandise do you give?
Candywheel
guarantees the quality and freshness on our merchandise at the time it
leaves our premises. After that time due to shipping time, handling,
and time of year, we cannot assume the condition or quality that the
merchandise or its containers arrive in.
Some
variations of merchandise colors is possible. If color is a
priority, please verify stock beforehand.
Due to type the type of merchandise we sell, policy dictates
no returns.
We will at
our own discretion replace, credit or adjust any order as we see fit.

What precautions as to the weather should I know
of?
Shipping
chocolate products via UPS Ground should be avoided in the warmer
months of the year. We suggest UPS 2nd Day Air or better to avoid the
possibility of melting and/or spoilage.
Candy
although better equipped for spring/summer shipping should be done in a
timely manner due to the possibility of large temperature variations.
We cannot
guarantee chocolate sent via Ground as it may take up to seven business
days for delivery.
